[Bug 43596] LibreOffice 5.4.0 doesn't render text properly

LibreOffice 6.2 (LibreOffice_6.2.0_Win_x86.msi), does not display this
corruption for me, but that's only because dwrite/d2d path is now disabled.
That happens because OpenGL support is disabled in runtime for whatever reason,
to reproduce original issue use SAL_FORCEGL=1 variable when starting individual
applications.
