[Bug 48891] Cannot run any utility from msys2/git-bash

Buit wine-5.6 recently. Without any patches.

Tried running ./ls.exe with 2 different way. It crashes so fast, that I
couldn't read the messages.

wineconsole --backend=curses bash.exe
 - Gives me 2 lines with errors

wine start bash
 - Actually lists the current /usr/bin directory and dies very quickly also.
