Talking to soe people on IRC (taking a mental note of arethusas friendly replies here) they told me that doing autoconf was no problem for them and recommended me to apply the patch on GIT. However, I won't load it right now as it is too large in my eyes in this moment. Would you please re-check the command you posted before?
