[Bug 27431] GetModuleFileNameW behaves unexpectedly when applications use a hardcoded hmodule=0x10000000

The OnzoDisplayClientLibrary dll would be loaded there, if the app hadn't
allocated something else at 0x10000000 already. Have you verified that it works
on Windows?
