[Bug 38019] VLC is garbage if dragged to different monitor

In fact, that is a general problem. Wine never refreshes a dragged windows in a
second monitor.
The bug occurs also with http://dcvg5k.free.fr/

When you type a letter in the emulator in the second monitor, nothing appear.
But if you move the emulator in your principal monitor, then the letter that
you typed appears.
