[Bug 50911] wine wordpad stopped working in 6.5

What has changed is that builtins now require the actual file to be found to be
executed.  Since Wordpad is not in the path (it's in Program Files\Windows
NT\Accessories) you have to specify an explicit path now, like you would on
Windows.
