The issue still exists in Wine 10.11
The list of ODBC connections in the Windows version of SQL Anywhere Interactive
SQL now is completely empty, so maybe there is another issue in play here.

I cannot test at the moment since I cannot get the application i need to start
in a wow64 wine prefix. So I would first need to recompile with win32 support.
In the mean time I downgraded to 9.8 and it works fine.
