[Bug 27423] sln2mak.exe can not start

Hello, according to http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29485 comment 1,
Bug 29485 is invalid because VS20** is required for sln2mak, so what about this
one?

 - The VS2005 trial installer will install dotnet, in this case we can't test
sln2mak with mono
 - Should we expect VS20** will works with wine mono?
