[Bug 9856] winecfg freezes when alt+ certain keys are pressed in certain places

This appears to be fixed in the latest Git (but when it was actually fixed, I'm
not sure).

Can anybody suggest whether or not the underlying issue is really fixed, or if
it just isn't exhibited by winecfg any more?
