To have sound during the game and in the menu, you have 2 solutions :

Launch winetricks with this option : dsoundbug9612

or go to regedit and add in :
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\DirectSound]

this :
"MaxShadowSize"="0"
