Reproduces for me too with wine 9.10 both with and without dxvk.

Linux kernel 6.6.30-gentoo.
Mesa 24.1.0.
Device: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX (radeonsi, navi31, LLVM 17.0.6, DRM 3.54,
