Possible fix2

I have redesigned the patch. At some point I saw the same crash in memcpy (it
occured in the LockRect inside surface_gdi.c) in an app I was testing. Perhaps
this version works better. I don't know if it will fix homm3 though. Not all
'regressions' have the same cause.
