[Bug 27248] cannot unpack *.crx (extensions or themes) in Chrome unless --single-process is used

Simply change the return value of K32GetMappedFileNameW won't work around this
bug as well. Chrome unpacker will failed in the later check.

Will someone implement K32GetMappedFileNameW?
