I have conducted a test with the AMD 12.6 Beta drivers, and can confirm that the DirectX 9 version of the game does not have this issue. However with the AMD 12.4 drivers, this issue persists. Can anyone else confirm this?

I can also confirm that upgrading to the beta drivers does fix this issue when running the Dx9 version.
