This Nvidia "Antialissing with Transparency" demo also needs the fx_2_0
compilation target feature and you can download it here: 

http://download.nvidia.com/developer/SDK/Individual_Samples/DEMOS/Direct3D9/...

winetricks d3dcompiler_43 is a work around.
