[Bug 20002] New: Garmin Training Center 3.45 Installer button disappear

If you run installer , the self extraction work fine and after execution run
the program installer. Program installer show end-user licence agreement but
don't show the button to proceed with installation.
Same mistake appear also with another Garmin application named
Webupdaterforwindows 2.42
