Here is the "critical" severity definition:
"Critical problem that prevents all applications from working"

For many users, spam prevent them to user their computer for many minutes per
days because they have to process and report Spam.

In my case I spend about half an hour per day in order to properly process my
spam. Thus I can't use my computer during half an hour per day.
