[Bug 29777] EVE Online Crashes when entering Captains Quarters

I'm not sure if the issue is still with Python's os.open() or not. However it
would be really nice if someone could reproduce the crash without EVE - by
let's say writing a Python script that calls os.open() in a way that reproduces
the same crash.

Unfortunately I don't know Python enough to do it.
