Sorry, I was mistaken about the regression.  The behavior in wine 1.1.10 is the
same as it was in earlier versions.  

In the test where I thought I had come across the regression I had just set the
iccvid.dll to native in winecfg, neglecting to actually add a win98 version of
the library to the .wine directory.
