SPSSWinWrapIDE.exe 
needs 'winetricks vc6run'.  Then it fails with
err:ole:ITypeInfo_fnInvoke failed to convert param 0 to VT_I2 from VT_BSTR
You can work around this with 'winetricks vcrun6' and then overriding
oleaut32 to native.
