The attached font is a quick try to sanitize `fonts-courier.ttf' – it simply
scales everything from 13ppem to 2048ppem, also removing unnecessary data.

Note, however, that 2048 is not a multiple of 13; if you need an *exact* scale
you have to use a different (non-standard) ppem value.  On the other hand,
since this is a bitmap-only font, it probably doesn't matter.
