[Bug 42981] Photoshop CS6 - pressing down when a menu is open switches to the next menu

This also happens for pressing up, but then it goes to the left.

It happens on key-up, pressing and holding the key works as it should but once
the key is released it moves to the next menu.

Tested on Wine 2.4.
