Hello folks,

same as comment #11 - can't reproduce this with clean WINEPREFIX, no overrides.
Scrolling the EULA to the end enables the 'agree/accept' button.

Resolving 'fixed'.

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.13-118-g0eb6265
