[Bug 26842] Mouse and partly keyboard stops working with Euro Truck Simulator

Confirming with Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy. Mouse is unusable inside games,
it does not respond to mouse click.

1.3.17 -- works
1.3.18 -- doesn't work
1.3.19 -- doesn't work
