[Bug 22770] FlatOut 2 loading screen is corrupted with fglrx

Hi,

I get the same GL_INVALID_OPERATION warnings and the page fault, with the game
refusing to start and the corrupted loading screen.

Tested with fglrx 10.4, 10.5, 10.6 and wine from 1.1.43 up until 1.2~rc7
