winedump for game and windows xinput1_3 dlls

It looks like the xinput1_3 loaded by the game is not a dll shipped by Windows.
It's called XInputUWP64_r.dll, is much smaller, and have far fewer functions
than the normal dll.

I presume it's some sort of wrapper that translates xinput to whatever UWP
uses?

I have attached a winedump for the game dll comparing it to the native version.
