[Bug 30909] Support copying text from dialog boxes

If nobody implemented it, then it still applies. It's trivial to test (just
have any popup dialog appear, press ctrl+C, press ctrl+V in a text editor), but
I don't have Wine installed on any of my devices at the moment...
