I probably misunderstand the code, but the only part that looks like it's
implementing anything is a little bit in get_propput_arg in vbdisp.c, but that
too little for my understanding of the code.

Only case implemented seems to be
(DISPATCH_PROPERTYPUT|DISPATCH_PROPERTYPUTREF), but that not the case here.
