I think the patch fixes the initial problem.

Some more notes - to get that fizzle.ogg, winegstreamer have to be disabled or
wine built with --without-gstreamer, or it crashes sooner, but at the same time
furtner than without the patch.

And good news is, that with this patch, bug 7036 is still fixed.
