I understand that DPI awareness should be enabled by applications, but many
older applications work very well with higher DPI settings. In fact, I consider
it a "feature" that breathes new life into these older apps. I'm not suggesting
it should be enabled by default, but it should be an option, perhaps accessible
through the registry.
