This is caused by <https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commit/73afd2648c003fbddb657fc8a3f8f53a86754dcd> which added a stub dplaysvr.exe. This is actually a winetricks bug, winetricks needs to set dplaysvr.exe to native. If I do that, it works again. So resolving NOTOURBUG.
