[Bug 45030] Final Fantasy X/ X-2 HD Remaster launcher crashes on clicking settings

If I run the installer, it tells me "Same or higher version of .NET Framework 4
Client Profile has already been installed on this computer." I assume it has
been installed during the first launch from Steam.
