Sorry for the late reply. I was busy travelling. Now I want to re-open. I tried to install 3ds Max 2008. I am getting this error message.
Archive: /home/vasant/Desktop/3DSMAX 2008 SETUP/Setup.exe [/home/vasant/Desktop/3DSMAX 2008 SETUP/Setup.exe] End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on the last disk(s) of this archive. zipinfo: cannot find zipfile directory in one of /home/vasant/Desktop/3DSMAX 2008 SETUP/Setup.exe or /home/vasant/Desktop/3DSMAX 2008 SETUP/Setup.exe.zip, and cannot find /home/vasant/Desktop/3DSMAX 2008 SETUP/Setup.exe.ZIP, period.
You need to run it with 'wine Setup.exe'.
