[Bug 49485] 64 bit Sierrachart Hangs on startup 70% of the time

Thank you!  Yes, so far this seems to be working.  I will keep testing but so
far not one crash on start!

Let me know when this is considered permanently fixed and I will follow thru on
my $50 donation/payment.   In the meantime, I just now donated $25.
