The GLSL Shader errors are what's causing this bug. Turning off GLSL via winetricks stops the bug.
You can't draw that conclusion, and in fact I think it's unlikely. Since you're using GF7, does the patch at http://bugs2.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=29390 make any difference? Also, is this a regression?
