[Bug 31753] TrainingPeaks WKO+ Crashes when workout is viewed

Appears to be a duplicate of bug 26192.  These functions use MFC 90 calls. 
Program also crashes when exited to close down an internal database.  Log file
attached from Wine's crash reporter.
