[Bug 57500] SQLyog no longer works with WINE

Using 'wmctrl -i -R <WID>' did cause the windows to show.

Strangely, after doing that once, SQLyog now starts and shows on screen with no
intervention. I'm very confused why that would be the case. 

(Apologies if this is a duplicate comment. I know that I entered one like this
yesterday, but am not seeing it on the ticket now.)
