[Bug 19426] Radio Manager fails to install some times and some others times not

The problem is that rm1319FR.msi is a MSI file so I follow instructions on FAQ
and this is log.txt :

wine: could not load L"Z:\\home\\yurienu\\Bureau\\rm1319FR.msi": Mauvais format
EXE pour 

Sorry if I don't understand something but I don't find anything about debugging
log for MSI in FAQ.
