[Bug 24748] Dangerous Waters: crashes when loading 688i platform

If I disable sound in Wine, by unchecking the sound drivers in Wine Config,
then yes, the game will stop crashing. This is hardly a solution though. Sound
is pretty important, especially in this game.

Also worth noting, I tried replacing the 688i sfx.agg that the game is crashing
while accessing with the sfx.agg from the SSN-21 and the problem persists.
