Telling the linker to use a different base address fixes the libav and ffvpx
issues. I now have compiled 32-bit and 64-bit MSI packages under Fedora Rawhide
(36).

This patch also includes a single change needed when using the latest, stable
upstream libffi library to replace the bundled version.

I'm not sure how to test the HTML functionality. The MSI package files install
fine.
