I think it is possible to fix both https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54253 and https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54254 by increasing the build number of Wine ngen.exe, but it will still fail https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54255. It is then possible to fix https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54255 by increasing ngen.exe version number to 4.0.30319, but then it will fail to fix https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54253.
