Wine does Not do USB passthrough like a VM, there is a broken link between ilok app, and ilok usb drive. similar happened with Focusrite USB Control Software, people had to make a complete ALSA version for Linux, because the USB broken link between Wine usb and Linux usb. 8.18-staging has another problem, Carla VST plugins do Not work anymore when loaded with Wine 8.18, but work ok with Wine 8.0.2-stable. a regression was introduced in Wine. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
