[Bug 17142] Wine , functionality problems when NOT run as superuser.

it was my fault !  I should have read FAQ 7.9 before trying this stuff.
FAQ 7.10 fixed it.

-maybe wine should simply deny to run as SUDO ?
-this is not a bug, but mey be converted into a suggestion.
