No startup problems. The problem in earlier versions is the "Themida" software protection the application is packaged with. Traktor 3.2.2 (tested, non-working) was protected with some older Themida 1.8.x-1.9.x version, judging from the entry point signatures. There are several Themida versions out in the wild which are beyond "repair" = can't be fixed in wine. The only thing you can do is to wait for updates or actively pursuit software publishers to repackage their product with newer (wine compatible) Themida versions.
