Problem also appears on Intel i945 (mesa-6.5.2). There also during the entire
intro sequence (and not only the first frames).
Tested with RenderTargetLockMode set to auto.

With LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT=1 the problem is gone.

Still a driver bug?
I'm reporting this on the mesa bugtracker.
