Nope.

Just tried it.

Not fixed.  The Package is there in the repository at winehq for fedora 37, but
it still says the same thing

"Problem: cannot instal the best update candidate for package
winehq-devel-1:7.22-1.1.x86_66
- nothing provides wine-devel64 = 1:8.0.rc1-1.1 needed by
winehq-devel-1:8.0.rc1-1.1.x86_64"
