[Bug 51263] [Regression] Frostpunk crash after updating to Wine wine-6.10 on Fedora

Seems like Frostpunk ist not the only game affected by that problem.
Same happens for "Phoenix Point: Year One Edition" from gog.com.

It seem to be related to input-devices, since after disconnecting my
xbox-controller both games are starting up as usual.
