[Bug 15596] Windows Live Writer does not install

It seems to be aborting after the following call fails:
001a:Call version.GetFileVersionInfoSizeW(0032fbdc
L"C:\\windows\\system32\\WUAUENG.DLL",0032fbb0) ret=01008774
It seems that Windows Live Writer is installed via Windows
Update, which Wine does not yet support.
