In my case it simply never opens, i used +ntdll as debug channel and saw there was an "infinite loop" of: trace:ntdll:NtQueryInformationFile (0x2a4,0xc46e7bc,0xc46e7a4,0x00000018,0x0000001a) Could this maybe be a problem in the NtQueryInformationFile() function implementation?
