With the available free installers for newer versions of DELFTship that I downloaded from https://download.delftship.net/dsfree.php, I could not reproduce any error using wine-10.19 when installing or launching the application. As no information has been provided to date to reproduce the originally reported problem, I'm resolving this bug as abandoned.
